ikoo to sponsor WAMDA Celebration of Entrepreneurship 2012

Ikoo is sponsoring WAMDA’s CoE 2012 in Amman on the 2nd and 3rd of June.  The Celebration of Entrepreneurs is an eCommerce event where industry experts and start-ups meet and share trends, challenges and opportunities the sector offers.  “We support events like WAMDA where we can give back to the industry by inspiring entrepreneurs and start-ups to reach their dreams or take that leap of faith.  Starting a new business has its share of risk factors, so being there to inspire them or help give them the guidance they need to succeed is something we believe in at ikoo.” Said Mr. Isam Bayazidi, CEO at ikoo.  With the recent launch of the region’s first and only Performance Network, ikoo can certainly add value to the knowledge pool of the entrepreneurs and startups attending the event regarding eCommerce based marketing.  

Much like the revolution currently taking place in Syria and Egypt, there is no doubt that with the sprout of start-ups taking place in the middle, we are also seeing many revolutionary ideas within the industry.  Though MENA is the main focus at WAMDA’s CoE event, there will also be speakers from MENA, Turkey, Europe, Asia and South Africa all sharing their experience from their markets.  Ikoo is honored to sponsor and be part of such an influential event.
